LEE Place is the first project that i run since it operated in 1996. It was a Brand-new Serviced Apartment of 72 units. That is such a big big responsibility for me at the age of 20 without working experience and just graduated from university in Finance & Banking major. It took Seven Years to reach Break-Even Point and make 15 % ROI in the year after. I started LEE Place project from scratch but after all i learn much more than i expected. To be an Entrepreneur is worth value experience, it make me get the whole picture of doing business of any kind and confidence to start a new project in restaurant business on LEE Cafe' brand in 2004.
